Season 5 of Netflix’s ‘You’ Will Be Joe Goldberg’s Thrilling Last Chapter

Joe Goldberg - You

Get ready for the last part of Joe Goldberg’s gory story. Production for the fifth and final season of Netflix’s ‘You’ has already started in New York.

Based on Caroline Kepnes’s novels, Netflix‘s ‘You’ follows Joe, a bookworm and hopeless romantic who likes to kill anyone who stands in his way and follow the ladies he (says to) love.

Despite starting in New York, Joe’s quest for The One eventually brought him to Los Angeles in Season 2, the stuffy suburbs of San Francisco in Season 3, and most recently, London in the recently released fourth season.

He was forced to acknowledge that he is not a decent man after being thrown into a one per cent skewering whodunit in that genre-hopping show across the pond for far too long. Joe returns to New York City at the end of the season with his affluent partner Kate and a risky new outlook on life. It is a life he has finally acknowledged is inherently unethical, something Badgley is eager to investigate.

Although few details are available, we know that Joe’s new extended family will be introduced in the final season. Joe’s new wife, Kate (Charlotte Ritchie), has a brother named Griffin Matthews (he/him, The Flight Attendant), and Anna Camp (she/her, Hysteria!) will play two roles: Kate’s identical twin sisters.
